Refund Policy

1. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the buyer must initiate a return request within [15] days of receiving the product.
  • The book must be new, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, the buyer must contact our customer service team at info@vendingrep.com and provide their order details.
  • Once the return request is approved, the buyer will receive instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments and retaining proof of postage.

4. Inspection and Refund:

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
  • The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the lights, excluding any shipping charges.

5. Exclusions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for books that have been damaged and/or are not in new condition.
